There are several questions chiropractors seem to have whenever they get together with their colleagues, whether by telephone, over the Internet or in person, especially if the doctors they are talking with are highly successful in their practices and happy in their lives.  Even when they are involved in some kind of practice management system or coaching program, a majority still ask these same questions.  These questions include;
  • Where do I find the best new patients and how can I get them in my door?
  • How do I decide how often to see someone and for how long?
  • How do I get my patients to follow their care plans and keep coming without using fear-based language?
  • Should I put everyone on a wellness plan or just some?
  • Should I X-ray everyone?
  • Should I be using some kind of electronic technology with my patients?
  • What should I be charging and should I have wellness and family plans?
  • Are there really plans out there that are fair to people that allow me to still make a profit?
  • Should I take insurance or should I go all cash?
  • How can I make the kind of money I want and need to make without doing all kinds of extra stuff I don't want to do?
  • Should I be doing some kind of educational classes for my patients and/or my community?
  • What should I be doing on the first day/second day/etc.?
  • How do I get the spouse to come to the Report of Findings?
  • How do I get more families in?
  • How do I get new patients that come in without any real complaints, but rather come for wellness care right at the beginning?
  • How can I have more fun in practice?
  • What about staff?
  • Should I be doing Progress Assessments?  If so, what should I be doing and how often?
  • How do I get people to stop focusing on symptoms?
  • How do I get people to begin taking more responsibility for their own health?
  • How do I keep people excited about chiropractic as a part of their families' lives?
  • How can I make sure the majority are getting "The Big Idea?"
  • How can I congruently teach what I want to teach and not just use an impersonal cookie cutter approach from someone else?
  • How can I improve my communication with people and become a better question asker?
  • How can I make sure that every aspect of my practice is a "Win-Win" for me, my family, my patients, my community and my profession?
  • How can I do all of that without spending a ton of money every month?
If you talk with any really successful and happy chiropractor, you will not hear these questions coming from him or her; rather they are usually the ones being asked the questions by others.  They answer with a calm level of certainty that they are doing things the right way, and they seem to have a sense of peace and yet real excitement when they talk about any aspect of their practice or their lives.  Their passion is inescapable! Their CERATINTY is what allows them to get out of their heads (educated) and come from their hearts (Innate).

What is integrity? One of my mentors once told me that integrity is when your insides match your outsides. I love that definition! Following this line of thinking, can you say with certainty that you have a high degree of integrity in your practice?
 
Here’s The Problem…
 
Most people can’t articulate clearly what’s ON the inside (Their highest values, their core concepts, their mission and purpose, what they really want in each area of their lives, how they define important terms, etc.)! Unless you are clear about what’s ON the inside, how can you ever make sure you are expressing it on the outside?! And here’s the other problem; even those who are clear about the inside usually use other people’s forms, procedures, communications so that they aren’t congruently expressing THEIR insides on the outside.
 
Why does this matter? Why can’t you just do what everyone else does and build your practice their way? The answer is that you have attracted people into your practice to give them what THEY need from YOU! If you want to really make a lasting difference in their lives so that they can continually grow and unfold into what THEY are meant to be, your insides MUST match your outsides!
 
I have received dozens Emails and phone calls asking me to please explain what makes my Chirothots Coaching program so incredibly different from all of the other coaching programs available to chiropractors, and why someone should consider hiring me as their personal coach.  I have listed below the ten main things that I believe make my Chirothots Coaching so unique.  Still, if I had to put into words the ONE THING above everything else that sets my approach apart, it would be that it is truly ABOVE-DOWNINSIDE-OUT
 
Most chiropractors reading that last statement will believe I mean that I deeply understand the philosophy of chiropractic as it applies to health - which is true. But chiropractic is not just an approach to health, it is a complete approach to creating the LIFE you have always dreamed of and that you deserve - INCLUDING YOUR PRACTICE!!!  Those who have been coaching with me can tell you that the philosophies and technologies we will employ to help you create your ideal practice may also be applied to every other area of your life to bring you more abundance, success and joy than you ever imagined possible.  As you read on, you will come to understand what I mean by this.
 
1.  SCIENCE - Quantum physics and the energy dynamics that govern All That Is, tells us that there is only ONE THING anywhere in the universe, the ENERGY that IS Universal Intelligence.  This means that EVERYTHING (Including us) is a direct EXTENSION of this One Source Energy.  This also means that anything that is available to one part of All That Is, is available to every other part - including YOU!  Helping you gain conscious clarity about this and developing an abundance mentality is built into everything we do.
 
2.  MORE SCIENCE - Because everything is energy at its core, everything is always moving or vibrating.  There is really only ONE universal law that all other physical laws are derived from and it is based upon the physics of the universe as described above.  This law is known as the LAW OF HARMONIC RESONANCE (A.K.A., the Law of Attraction).  This law says that you always attract to yourself and move toward whatever you give the most energy to.  Most programs available to chiropractors today are FEAR-BASED; that is, they are centered on helping you and the people you see AVOID what they DON'T want.  But life isn't about avoiding anything; it is about progressively CREATING the kind of health and life you want!  The truth is that you can't escape something you are giving your attention to!  EVERYTHING we do in Chirothots Coaching is what I call POSSIBILITY-BASED.  In other words, we help you (and your practice members) clearly identify what you want to move TOWARD, and then give you specific action steps to help you get there.  Many chiropractors have told me that the idea of the subluxation is what makes chiropractic unique from all other health-care professions; others have said it's the adjustment, designed to remove the subluxation.  But, if you look at our major premise, it does NOT say that the purpose of life is to be without subluxation, but to FULLY EXPRESS LIFE!!!  Do you see the difference?  One philosophy is about NOT having something, and the other is about fully expressing and experiencing something!  People ask me if I am subluxation based in my approach.  And, while I only adjust people in my practice, I still tell them NO - I am NOT a subluxation-based chiropractor; I am a LIFE-EXPRESSION-BASED chiropractor!
 
3.  PUTTING YOU INTO YOUR PRACTICE - If we really understand the Law of Attraction, we also understand that using someone else's approach to practice will not usually give people what they came to YOU for, which means they won't stick around for long.  Helping you identify and clarify YOUR truths and communicate them in YOUR OWN WAY is what is necessary to help people get what they came for, AND the only way for YOU to be truly happy, successful and fulfilled.  Why re-create someone else's practice when you can continually create YOUR OWN?!  This is what the ART of chiropractic practice is all about, and it is 100% congruent with and actively USES the ONE universal law that all others are derived from - the Law of Attraction!
 
4.  CLARITY & CERTAINTY - Chiropractors agree that the biggest problem they have in practice is that people don't getit!  But when I ask them what it is specifically they want their patients to get, they can't tell me!  Well, here's a question; If YOU don't even know specifically what it is you want people to know, how can you expect THEM  to ever get it?!  One of the most life changing things you can do is write down the 3 - 5 most important or CORE ideas you want people to know about themselves, health, chiropractic and you.  These are the ideas that, once understood, will inspire people to seek chiropractic care for the rest of their lives!  In addition to your core ideas, do you have clear written definitions of the terms you most need people to understand (health, dis-ease, healing, chiropractic, subluxation, adjustment, wellness, prevention, wholeness, normal, average, etc.), and are these definitions in harmony with your own core ideas?  If you aren't clearly and congruently communicating what these things are to people, they will keep their own definitions they have been given by the rest of the world, and the effectiveness of every one of your communications with them will be severely compromised.  How can you possibly know if you are sending mixed messages, if you aren't clear about what your message is?!
 
5.  CONGRUENCY - Once you know your core ideas and are clear on your definitions of the terms you use most often, you will be able to make sure that everything about your office is congruently communicating ONLY YOUR message!  You will be able to bring EVERYTHING into alignment and harmony with your message including the name of your practice, your marketing & advertising, posters, brochures, website, office layout, daily communications & table talk, forms, procedures, 1st visit, report of findings, progress assessments, orientation, advanced workshops/playshops - everything WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY!
 
6.  ADJUSTING CRITERIA - Do you have a specific set of criteria to know when you are finished adjusting someone each day - and to tell you if they need an adjustment at all?  Without absolute certainty in your ability to deliver the goods with your adjustments, you cannot be as effective as you want to be, nor can you truly give people what they came for.  Understanding and accepting chiropractic philosophy requires that people engage the right side of their brains.  Unless you give them enough specific science to satisfy the left side of the brain (the side of the brain that is dominant when someone is subluxated and in survival), they will stay in survival and the right side of the brain will never be allowed into the mix at a great enough level to accept AND ACT UPON the philosophy.  Creating specific criteria to follow with your adjustments (no matter what your technique is) will give YOU the certainty that you are delivering the goods, and will increase THEIR confidence in you.  Plus, by telling them your criteria, you can actively enlist their help in visualizing the changes you both wish to see, thereby increasing their level of healing.
 
7.  CRITERIA FOR FREQUENCY OF CARE - Where did you get your formula for frequency of care and what is it based upon?  Is it scientifically sound?  Does it satisfy your and your practice member's left brain so that your right brain can become fully engaged?  Are you CERTAIN that you are not giving people too little or too much care?  Does your own and their lack of certainty in your care plan affect their willingness to follow through, refer and pay your fees without question?  Does this cause you to feel you have to re-enlist & re-commit people through phony re-exams?  Do you find yourself resorting to fear tactics to get people to keep coming?  I will help you build a rock-solid, scientifically-based criteria for frequency of care that will not only give you absolute certainty, but will satisfy even the most ANALytical people and allow them to more easily move toward accepting the Big Idea.
 
8.  FEES & PAYMENT SYSTEMS - Most chiropractors have fees that are reasonable, but at the same time have family and payment plans that are actually COSTING them money.  Do you know for sure what it specifically costs you to give an adjustment?  Do you know how much profit you want & need to make per visit with each person?  Do you know with certainty if you are collecting enough to give you this profit every visit, every time?  I will help you design and implement payment plans that will guarantee a profit every visit every time, and that are fair and affordable to the overwhelming majority of the people in your community (no matter whether you choose to take insurance or if you run a cash practice) - with NO GAMES!
 
9.  QUESTION-BASED COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES - Do you find yourself getting blank stares when explaining things to people, or getting frustrated because they never remember what you told them even a week before?  Maybe this is because you have been trying to get people to understand things at your level rather than allowing them to move at THEIR OWN PACE.  How long did it take YOU to get chiropractic?  Aren't you still learning?  Why then do we expect people to know and accept everything we do after just a few short weeks?  In order to help people learn at their own pace and move consistently to THEIR OWN next step, YOU MUST BECOME A MASTER QUESTION ASKER.  This is known as the Socratic Method of teaching and is the most effective way of leading people known to man.  This style of communicating makes your educational process continuous!   Socrates believed that we have all the knowledge and answers we need inside of us; we just need someone to ask us the right questions to draw those answers into our conscious awareness.  Is there anything more inside-out than this?!
 
10.  WIN-WIN STRATEGIES, COMMUNICATIONS AND PROCEDURES - What do I mean by win-win?  It's simple.  Most doctors focus on teaching people what they want them to know, but they rarely ask themselves what the people themselves really want, why they came there in the first place and how they want to feel each step of the way as they move through care.  You must ask yourself what they want you to know, what they want to know, what you want to know from them, what you want them to know, what they want to feel, what you want them to feel and what you want to feel yourself in order to effectively meet their and your needs!!!  And, you must communicate all of these things in a simple and effective way that is also time-efficient for both of you.  Asking yourself these questions about every aspect of your practice will do more to build rapport than all of the so-called communication and business strategies you have read in books combined!  Once you know these things, you can set your INTENTIONS for every single step of your relationship with each person and be 100% confident that your and their needs will be met.  This also ensures that each person you see will be fully informed about and understand HIS OR HER OWN ACTIVE ROLE in moving toward health, wellness and the full expression of LIFE!  Then and only then will you be ready to employ all of the wonderful technologies available to you to help people move consistently toward wholeness.
 
Go back through each of these points again and you will see that every aspect of Chirothots Coaching is based 100% upon the ABOVE-DOWN, INSIDE-OUT life philosophy of chiropractic.  I will not put my ideas into you or your practice; I will help you identify, draw into conscious awareness and express your own!

  • Four Email consultations every month (more if needed).

  • FREE attendance to all live-in-person ChirothotsTM seminars.
  • 25% OFF all ChirothotsTM Products.
In addition, Dr. Donka will call the coaching client for all coaching calls so as not to add fees to the client. This does not include any teleseminars, although tuition to the teleseminars is free to all clients.
